The Chamber of Commerce, supported by the Embassy of the Czech Republic, the South Bohemian Region and the South Bohemian Tourism Center, in cooperation with the Montenegrin travel agency INRUT, underwent a two-day intensive program of negotiations with owners and directors of hotels and resorts on the Mediterranean coast of Montenegro.
INRUT has chosen suitable destinations in Ulcinj, Sutomor, Budva or Kotor. The most beautiful places on the Montenegrin coast are waiting for Czech tourists. The delegation visited beautiful modern or newly reconstructed hotels, hotel resorts and apartments, accompanied by the Director General of the State Tourism and Tourism Infrastructure Development Agency, and carefully examined everything.
Everything is located right on the shores of the sea or in its immediate vicinity and offers unexpected luxury. Beautiful surroundings, nature and great tourist infrastructure guarantee every guest from children to seniors a great holiday at a low price.
The Chamber and its partners are trying to solve the last obstacle that has not yet made the comfort for Czech tourists uncomfortable. This is transport from the Czech Republic to Montenegro. By car, the journey takes unfortunately at least 18 hours. By bus even 6 hours longer. And that is indeed beyond the carrying capacity.
That is why the CSOK Chamber of Commerce has been dealing with and supporting the opening of a direct air connection that would operate Montenegro Air with Czech airports Pardubice and Ceske Budejovice.
This last but most important building block of the new international air bridge between the two countries will completely change the current tourism situation in the region.
This will undoubtedly move part of the increasingly satisfied Czech visitors to Croatia to a new attractive luxury yet cheaper destination.
Czech tourists will be able to buy cheap tickets themselves without intermediaries and choose from an incredibly attractive offer of Montenegrin hotels, resorts and apartments, which are plentiful on several hundred kilometers of sea coast and are still being built.
Beautiful nature, great cuisine, a very friendly relationship with the Czechs all in the safe environment of the country, which soon enters the European Union promises the best rest and a wonderful holiday.
So, "Dobro došli - Welcome to Montenegro"!
