London - the expansion of CSOK activities

During 11th - 13th May the President met in London the representatives of both the private and government sector.

During 11th - 13th May the President met in London the representatives of both the private and government sector. The topics were relating to the projects of Cyber-Defense in the CZ, the entrance of British companies on the CZ market, involvement of British companies in security prejects (ex: the Olympics in Sochi) and other range of activities, which will be of benefit and help CZ companies reach international projects.

Another topic, which the CSOK delegation discussed, was the involvment of the Chemical-Technolocgy Cluster which the Chamber has established to various projects in Libya. The revitalising and reconstruction of infrastructure in Libya is a major opportunity for Czech industry, which the CSOK Chamber represents.

The president has also discussed the possibilty of opening a permanent CSOK office in London. The chosen candidate for the Terrtorial Director of CSOK in London, is invited to visit Prague in January 2012, where the signature of an agreement of cooperation and the opening of this office in London will take place.

The Chamber wants to cooperate with British companies and establish new entities - consortiums, which will enter the markets of the former Soviet Union member countries and also countries of central-Asia, such as Pakistan and Afghanistan.
