For the second time this year ČSOK hosted a trade and business mission to Montenegro in cooperation with the Embassy of the Czech Republic on 17-24 September this year.
Montenegro will enter the European Union in 2025. All the pre-accession procedures were started with the entry procedures associated not only with the closure of the individual ones
Chapters, but open approaches to drawing on structural funds designed to offset differences between member and non-member countries.
Since the beginning of its activity in Montenegro, where it also operates through its Permanent Representative, the Chamber has presented the country's agenda with a 4-point agenda.
- Implementation of the experience of the Czech Republic with the EU accession, including the provision of expert advisors for closing individual chapters of the country's entry into the EU.
- active participation of Czech companies in building and modernization of municipal infrastructure. And especially water and sanitation, including wastewater treatment plants, energy and heat, waste disposal, Smart City, etc ..
- education, science and research
The president of the chamber attended by the Czech Ambassador and members of the business delegation signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Mayor of Danilovgrad. Niksic, Tivat and Cetinje.
A number of working meetings and meetings were held with representatives of central and municipal authorities as well as with the professional professional public.
